The Plan
The Stockland proposals include:

• A new high quality food store
• Two new up-market fashion stores
• One smaller retail unit
• A six-screen Apollo cinema, with a capacity of 1,020 seats and which will screen all the latest Hollywood ‘blockbuster’ films
• 18 new homes
• A high quality 654 space decked car park with ’park mark standard’ security and lighting
• A new pedestrian link from the new development to the High Street linking up with the Bay Tree Centre and town centre providing two smaller retail units and four residential units
